Is there anyone here who is really genuine ?……,can you take away my disillusionment with online dating ?….I am a very straightforward person who values honesty and a good sense of humour . I hate bad language, bad manners and I particularly hate it when someone is permanently checking their phone every few minutes !….I always try to respect others and simply ask for the same in return ……I’m a bit frayed at the edges but otherwise emotionally & financially independent, positive, caring & tactile with a good sense of humour .
Because of my business I live between East Sussex & Newquay in Cornwall … I enjoy all the usual things of good food, occasional wines, good conversation , walking my 2 crazy dogs over Beachy Head, travel to warm sunny places and travel to not so warm places if they are lovely and i’m with good company ... but sometimes its nice just to be able to sit or lay in silence and not talk but just share a quiet moment without feeling uncomfortable....i miss that feeling so much- ….in a nutshell, i’m simply looking for that special ‘One’ to make my life feel that much better & worthwhile again.
Pls only make contact if you can also accept that i am ‘Dad’ to a wonderful 18 year old daughter who spends half of her time with me and who is very good at keeping my feet on the ground !..... while i try to give her the love and care she needs before she goes off to University towards the end of the year.
