"A stranger is just a friend you haven't yet met."
Whilst I feel anyone may benefit from a chance, in adult-life, to truly be alone for a protracted period, quietly learning who they are, what they need and desire from life, I've done that. Now I'm reaching out to find myself some good friends, and, if I'm lucky, also find someone extra special. A best friend and a love, a someone to create this next stage in our life.
All about me? Best to share that on a one to one. I believe, however, it's important at this early point to confess that I'm a compulsive saver of lives. This is an important aspect of who I have always been, and I now realise aptly defines who I am at the core of my being. Those that 'get it' are my people. Those who don't, less so.
What am I on about?! Throughout my entire life, no matter where I've been, what I've been busy living life doing, or how utterly inconvenient, I always seem the one who people instinctively bring the unwanted, neglected, complicated, injured, or sick living thing. Plant or animal. Some may see this as a negative trait; A weakness, A Saviour Complex or mere willingness to invest pointless time and often my own money in something I don't need to. Over the years I have come to accept that being gifted to save inconsequential lives and create beauty from little, has been my life's constant pleasure. It affirms value in myself and best reflects the uniqueness of myself.
When I choose to care, I will invest my absolute everything. Plants and animals make this easy, human beings not so much. I'm wary and cautious, that's for sure, but I'm also very much worth it for that right person who unlocks my trust by their consistent actions, words and honesty.
If I sound complicated, I'm actually not. I really ask for very little, as if you become my friend or become some one more, you'll already be giving me what I need without you even knowing it. And it doesn't cost money. If you get what I'm trying to convey, then you're someone I'd probably like to know.

In sincerity it's who a person is now and maintains moving forward that matters to me; if there is a spark felt between people then I don't believe in losing new friendships or possible love by judgement or prejudice. That said, I'm a strong woman who knows her value and won't stay around unless I feel someone is genuine, honest and values my companionship.
I'm tactile, affectionate, considerate and very thoughtful once I've open up to someone. I would actively avoid someone who isn't naturally the same. In a prospective partner, I'd actually like it if you were someone apt to the spontaneous PDA!
I'm not able to even attempt to describe what 'my ideal match would be/look like', so I won't even try. Whoever you are, able or disabled, if I like you, I'll like you. End of.
