I’m easy-going, warm, open and curious. If we meet, I’ll want to know what makes you tick. I’ll ask a lot of questions, but not like an interview or the Spanish Inquisition, because I hope you’ll ask me questions too. I listen and I talk, and sometimes I just like to be quiet and think.
I have a good life, mostly doing things I enjoy - or what’s the point?! And the things I enjoy mostly involve being active. An active partner-in-crime would be amazing, but if you also knew when to slow me down, so we could enjoy the slower, quieter times together without feeling awkward or uncomfortable, I’d feel like I’d won the lottery.
I work freelance and travel quite regularly with work, but also out of curiosity, or just to seek out more temperate climes. A travel buddy would also be amazing, but you’d have to tempt me into somewhere more adventurous than I’d go on my own, or be on true soulmate level where we just want to explore or be together, otherwise I’d probably prefer to travel alone!
I’m happy in my own company, but I’d love to be in the company of someone who can push me out of my comfort zone from time to time, and make me laugh, question and think. Someone who is also very easy to be with, so we can just chew the fat some days. I always seek out people who can share good times (and food), and bring positive things to the table! But having the emotional intelligence to share life’s challenges and quiet times is important too…whether as a friend or more. If that’s your outlook too, we’d get on great!

I’m looking for someone who is comfortable in his own skin, whether on his own or in the company of others…active in body and mind, with lots of get-up-and-go and good conversation, but knows when to chill as well. I’d love you to share some of my interests, and introduce me to yours too. If you like cycling, walking, swimming, gym, travel, sailing (or boats of any kind) or music, that’d be a start. Oh and did I mention coffee? And healthy eating? But not ALL the time. Obvs! 🎂 😄
