About her
I am all those things I seek in my ideal match: reasonably fit and active, with a sense of humour. My main interests are travel, (trail)walking, taking opportunities as they come my way, sometimes in response to charity appeals. Closer to home I enjoy quieter pursuits - the cinema, concerts, opera (not too highbrow), ballet, gardening and, to a lesser extent, reading and needlework. I have lived in London but am happier in the countryside and take an active interest in community life here. I look after dogs occasionally and am about to hand one back after training him to be a Hearing Dog for Deaf People. I like cats too but I don't have any pets of my own.
