About him
Hi, thanks for taking the time to read my profile. First and foremost, I am a guy with a Christian faith, which is important to me. Thus, Jesus is not only my inspirational Saviour, for the sacrifice he made for all of us, but as a keen historian fascinating too, given the abundant evidence that proves he truly is the Son of God. This ranges from non-Christian literature to archaeological sources, lest one forget biblical prophesies that have genuinely occured e.g. the creation of the state of Israel 1947-48 (Book of Daniel). Then the Gospel, written from four perspectives, yet saying the same thing. The evidence is unquestionable and yet, sadly, a significant number of people seem unaware of it 🙏.
I am also sporty, running, swimming, cycling (bodyweight conditioning too) and these pursuits are my day job, following early retirement (from teaching, can you guess which two subjects I taught), as I would like to complete an Ironman one day.
Eating healthy food is also important given the aforementioned ambition; I bake regularly too. It worries me that the food industry and big pharma have impacted billions of people so negatively and yet God, through the oft called 'doctrine of signatures', has given everything we need for health, in nature e.g. garlic, turmeric, ginger, cayenne, lemons, SALT (for iodine), natural sunlight and, best of all, loving monogamous relationships.
I have been described as witty, intelligent and determined amongst other things too. I enjoy learning languages and I am proficient (not fluent) in speaking German. Visits to heritage sites, art galleries and museums as well as countryside or beach walks feature.
I would also like to learn the piano and perhaps some form of dance. Travel; I would dearly love to visit Israel and hike the Camino de Santiago.
I feel as though I have a lot of love to give (to the right lady) and I endeavour to edify wherever possible. I also consider myself to be a tactile person too.
