Optimistic positive realist, very laid back, open to new and different ideas and cultures, seeks a lady with worldly wise outlook who is genuinely seeking a companion/partner for activities, fun and just enjoying life in general. I'm not into camping, caravans or motorhomes. The idea of hiking, trekking and cycling is a complete nono.
Not into sports, or venues with large crowds, but will happily attend the odd event and support any interests you have, though I would draw the line at parachuting, bungee jumping and white water rafting.
At the age where an upmarket hotel with all the trimmings and creature comforts will happily suffice. Preference is for motoring holidays both in the UK and France/Europe with a leisurely drive inbetween venues. Dream would be a mini chateau in Brittany - easily drivable and a total change in culture.
Interested in museums, historic sites, antiques venues to include flea markets and the odd carboot, country fairs and car shows.
Not averse to a little bit of excitement...took up green bowling a couple of years ago 😂 and went parasailing, jetsking & absailing last year.
I enjoy cooking and entertaining and am a reasonably accomplished chef....you won't starve...😋
