Recently retired and looking for company to do all those things that work prevented me from doing !
I like visiting places everywhere...historic and architectural. I love travelling and Japan is on my list of places to visit. Oh, and I absolutely love elephants !
I like reading, cinema, theatre, museums, history, walking, nature, television and a small amount of DIY/gardening !
I also volunteer for a local Hospice helping out in the pool and gardens which I really enjoy.
About his ideal match
I like a strong independent lady who knows what she wants but soft and romantic inside. A sense of humour is always important, and like me, someone who doesn’t take themselves too seriously and can see the silly and obscure things in life.
Unfortunately, I’ve found that distance can be problematic, so ideally, the lady has to be fairly local please.
Sadly, as much as I love nature and most animals (not spiders), I would prefer no pets, as again, I’ve found in the past that they can be a tie to doing things….however, it’s not a deal breaker ! 😀
