My friends tell me that I am a genuine and sincere person, a caring and loyal friend with good sense of humour. My dog, family and friends are precious priorities.
I'm a professional business and personal coach and work part time with senior leaders in the public sector - mainly the NHS and higher education. I'm a great listener and I ask good questions. I write sometimes and I'm fond of poetry - but not excessively so - I use it therapeutically in my work. And I probably wouldn't show you anything I've written!!
I love anything creative and the arts, dancing around my kitchen, walking with my amazing whippet rescue, Lottie.
I'm passionate about the sea - I gaze at it a lot! Love exploring new places, visiting galleries and vintage places.
