About him
Hard to say, really...my friends would say I have a complex personality: friendly, outgoing and a bit off-the-wall, but would also say I can be very introspective, I overshare at times and have little patience for selfish behaviours.
I own my own business and have been entrepreneural since high school, but my children are my greatest accomplishment and bring my greatest joy (and sometimes sorrow...parents understand this). I've been incredibly lucky to have traveled around the world a few times and have friends on 5 continents. I still travel a fair bit and believe that travel is the best way to reduce or eliminate racial or religious bias.
Lifelong learning is a very important concept for me. I value education, not only formal education (school), but also learning new skills from creating a new dish to try for dinner to learning new applications and processes to help me with work (I'm a consultant and love my job helping companies in my sector!).
In terms of hobbies, my daughter and I have recently taken up lessons in Olympic-style shooting (small bore); I enjoy cooking (previously ran a dining club with friends), camping (wild to glamping), games and the outdoors...I'll try anything once!
Oh, by the way, apologies for the very few photos...I don't have many of myself, but there is one that shows what a "horned frog" is ... a horned lizard, actually. ;-)

I'm looking for a woman who is intelligent, honest, genuine and comfortable in herself; one who feels at home in jeans or evening dresses, at the taco truck or a Michelin restaurant. She knows the difference between being a tourist or a traveler and embraces travel, new cultures and people. My ideal match would consider herself a lifelong learner and seeks to improve herself and others, even in the smallest ways. She would value charity, volunteering and helping others.
Importantly, what I'm NOT looking for is someone wedded to her phone 24/7 or who thinks exposing her entire life on Instagram or TikTok is a rational or positive thing. If you paint Groucho Marx eyebrows on your face and spend more money on spray tan than your mortgage, please look elsewhere.
