About her
I’m a fun loving yoga and meditation teacher. I enjoy walking in nature, cooking, gardening and spending time with my family and friends.
I was married for 25 years and we went our separate ways four years ago. We have three fabulous grown up children, two who live with me the moment.
Prior to the pandemic I taught yoga /meditation from a yurt in my garden but have been working on zoom over the past year, I love my job it has enabled both myself and my students to keep sane through these crazy times and I get great joy out of seeing people feel looser and more at ease with their bodies, minds and spirits.
I love meditation, it is an intrinsic part of my life.
I am originally from a small town in Ireland and whilst considering myself a Londoner do feel deeply connected to the wilds of Ireland, prior to lockdown travelling over there a few times a year.
I enjoy a quiet life, eat out occasionally but mostly like cooking up meals and sharing them with friends, although I drink the odd glass of wine and beer I’m happy to do without and dislike heavy drinkers and the pub scene in general.
I try to be openminded and value kindness and honesty. I lean towards the left in politics and am not interested in conservative, right wing thinkers.(I did say ‘try’ to be openminded!)
I dislike, dogmatic thinking.
