Paradise as a state of mind and happiness. Without love and friendships, paradise is an empty place.
I lived in a tropical paradise for nearly a quarter of my life; but it is the happiness and friendships I gained that made it into a true nirvana. So I have been looking for paradise in England since I moved back in 2017. Sadly my partner died of cancer soon after I returned, so paradise was lost.
Computer dating is not really my thing. The competitive element and algorithms are not what matters, emotional attachment which is important. So I’m trying this out agin to see what happens.
So I am looking for a long term friendship or partnership. Someone to share experiences and have fun. The countryside in UK and abroad is important as well as music and culture.
I’ve been fortunate to have had an exciting and adventurous life. I’ve never baulked at new challenges. I’ve traveled extensively and always valued experiences over luxury.
I will travel across continents to be with friends and loved ones. Those who know me realise a friend to me is a friend for life. I’m not intersted in one night stands. I’m too old for playing dating games.
