I love cooking and occasionally eating out. I have travelled quite a bit - am English but was born in the Pacific islands and have since been back and seen many other amazing places - want to do more travel. I am a fair weather, recreational scuba diver (have clocked up many wreck and reef dives). I enjoy doing new things and visiting new places. I love languages and speak fluent French and a little Spanish. I love a healthy dose of buzz and city life but also countryside and open spaces. I enjoy my daily dog walks. I am easy going although I know my mind. I would say I am generally optimistic about life. I am close to my grown up children. I would love to meet someone for companionship and more, if the chemistry is there.

Kindness is a priority! Honesty, loyalty and a sense of fun! Someone who is not self-obsessed! A fellow dog-lover (not necessarily owner) would be a bonus. Someone with a sense of adventure but equally happy to spend evenings on the sofa. Someone who enjoys languages and/or history and/or historic buildings (I love taking photos of architecture and nature) would also be lovely, although not a necessity! Although I love cooking, If someone wanted to cook for me on the odd occasion, that would raise them to another level altogether!!
