I'm a 69-year-old British-Irish man who's decided not to slow down, but to live deliberately. I divide my time between a peaceful home in rural France and a sailboat in the Mediterranean-it's a life of calm mornings, thoughtful conversation, and the occasional adventure at sea.

I still love to go out, drive my car too fast, and play music too loud. You don't have to be into all the same things as me but it'd be great if you were up for a fast ride with the windows down and the music blasting every now and then; and I still dance like a fool a weddings.
