Hello and welcome to my profile. My friends describe me as very caring, loving, loyal, generous, honest and supportive (and a bit mad at times).
I love wave watching at the beach; rugby union - supporting, not playing!!; laughing and fun times; sunshine; snow; Scotland; New Zealand and chocolate!
My get up and go has recently got up and gone - hence the now curvy body! I used to be a pretty good snow skier; a beginner water skier; an average windsurfer and a reluctant gym member. A couple of years ago in a moment of madness I did a tandem skydive from 15 000 feet. (a once in a lifetime experience, well certainly for me because I'll not be doing that again!)
I can be shy initially but have a wicked sense of humour and have always been a better listener than talker. I'm not very tall but diamonds come in small packages.
I work in healthcare and love my job but work to live rather than live to work. I pretty much have my ideal job now so it's time to work on other parts of my life. I would like to find someone whom I can trust as a good friend initially then see where time takes us. Honesty and integrity are essentials.
I'm not much of a party animal, preferring the company of someone special. Although I'm not exactly Nigella in the kitchen, my dinner guests have all lived to tell the tale. Actually, I prefer washing up to cooking! Really must learn how to work my dishwasher.
If I was an animal, I'd be a soft gentle rabbit that would love to be cared for and have a friend to nuzzle up to.

My ideal match would be a supportive, caring, kind and loyal guy who can make me laugh and share my whacky and wicked sense of humour. He would enjoy the seaside, travel, country pubs and being outside in the sun. Going out or staying in is equally good. If he was happy to cook occasionally, that would be great. If he enjoyed watching /going to rugby that would be even better. Honesty is a must have quality. So is being a non smoker and light drinker. Own hair and teeth would be desirable - I'm still young at heart! I would welcome someone who likes to keep up with what is happening in the world and who is happy to get into discussions and express an opinion. My ideal match would live a fairly healthy lifestyle, and have the ability and patience to train me into doing the same!
And at the end of the day, be someone special to share the sofa with.
