Hi, thanks for taking the time to read my profile. I think I am independent, honest, bright, witty, quietly confident, kind, slim, tactile and single, but you can make up your own mind (who admits to being dull, dishonest and needy?) Although I'm not unhappy with my lot in life, and I have a wonderful group of friends, it would be lovely to have an activities partner or maybe something more. I love to attend anything live whether it be a concert, the theatre or sporting events (I own a nose and a tail of a racehorse and I'm looking forward to seeing her run). Nothing compares to the buzz and anticipation of a live performance. I have catholic tastes in music (although I struggle a bit with hiphop) and a broad appreciation of the arts, galleries, dance (particularly ballet) and literature. I'm never without a book. I'm endlessly curious about the world around us - anything from the meaning of life to more important issues such as how to iron and fold a fitted sheet!

I look forward to each new day and, although quite domesticated and organised, I like to have the flexibility for spontaneity. I would hope my partner would share some of my passions but not necessarily all of them. We are all individuals, not clones. I think a partnership should be based upon equality and mutual understanding. I think shared values are key as they define who we are and they should be evident in everything we do not just what we say. Deal breakers would be brexiteers and Daily Mail readers. They may be lovely people but such a clash of values would be unhealthy.
