About him
I am a very easy-going, educated gentleman who believes that old-fashioned things like good manners and treating a lady as she deserves are important. I like harmony in all aspects of my life. I enjoy most things in life, the simple things, like reading, walking in the countryside where I live, savouring the delights of each season; I enjoy cooking, especially Greek specialities, and, of course, eating and a glass of wine with good female company. Being half Greek on my mother's side I enjoy travelling to Greece and am widely travelled. I would like to meet an educated lady with a sense of humour who is open to the adventures that may await us in later life.
I would love to continue my travels in the future to far flung corners of the earth. I have a great interest in self-improvement and helping others, which is now the direction my 'work' is taking me in. I love to be able to help other people fulfil their unlimited potential - that's what makes me tick. I just want to make people happy, and I can do this by being happy myself in each moment, no matter what's going on around me!
By the way, I have two wonderful teenage sons, my 19 yr old is now serving in the RAF, and my 17 yr old is working hard at his A-Levels. They live with their Mum but they are just walking distance away which is great..

I would like to meet an attractive lady who is well-educated, who looks after herself, is well spoken and believes in traditional standards and manners, like me. I am looking for someone who is easy going, likes to travel and experience other cultures and customs, but who is also at home sitting by a log fire listening to some classical or easy listening style music and drinking a glass of good red wine, enjoying some stimulating conversation or even contemplative silence together!!! Ideally we would have similar interests, like walking in the countryside, swimming. playing tennis (badly in my case, I'm afraid!), snuggling up on cold snowy evenings and watching a DVD, cooking together and travelling, but I am always open to change.
