About her
I am currently working on a project in the South West . I have a home in Rutland that I return to most weekends. My friends say I am feminine, confident and flirtatious, I love meeting new people. My friends also say I have a warm infectious sense of humour and a positive outlook on life.
I have a grown-up daughter who is pursuing her own career this means I am able to commit time to finding my "shipmate" for a journey of fun and happiness. I would particularly like to find a man who is also interested in sailing or would be prepared to try something new. Likewise I am prepared to try a new sport or activity with him.I love skiing but need a few more lessons before I would say I was any good at it but again I'm very willing to learn. I am currently taking golf lessons while I'm in the Cotswolds which I really enjoy and have recently taken up gliding .Although I love adventure I am equally happy on an autumn walk with my labrador returning home to a log fire.
I am also very interested in wines, I set up and run a wine society in Rutland and have organised many wine-tasting holidays in France and other areas. I love to travel the country staying in lighthouses and other unusual places and would love to find someone to enjoy these unique places with. My next planned trip is to travel to the edge of the North Pole to witness the Northern Lights which I am keen to share this experience with someone.
