Initially shy but social guy, caring and kind… and a catch..or so I’m told.
My world has become smaller since widowed but now looking to get out there again.
I’ve been involved in travel and theatre all of my adult life - council estate boy made good - Flying for over 27 years for our national airline, I still love to travel and indulge my love of theatre, which in younger days I dabbled in and which increased via osmosis from my late husband who was an actor, writer and director…. living in a ménage a trois with a certain William Shakespeare, whom I have also grown to love!
Theatre, Live Music, Ballet and Opera are all things I enjoy and love to discuss at great length after the show either in the pub or on the tube home (mostly with no great authority) … but when you’re alone people tend to look at you funny… so definitely looking for a Theatre / Art’s buddy if nothing else.
I once lived for the nightlife of London but now with those days well and truly behind me I enjoy pubs socially, I enjoy a nice meal with warm company, getaways and walks in the great outdoors which can be a breath of fresh air after the big city especially being originally from the Shire’s…. sorry if that sound’s a bit corny.
Friends are ganging up on me to dip my toe in the dating game and I think it’s time to meet new people… so here goes.. consider my toe well and truly dipped!
Oh yes… I’m half German… not sure if that has any real relevance… but there you are.
