My main interests are in arts and nature. Creatively I produce resin art. Reading, visual arts, music, films. (Not the Hollywood blockbuster sort.)
Love a long work in the woods or up a good hill.
Have garden with plenty of birds, and slightly neglected veg patch, may be this year..

I like to keep fit and healthy, yoga and meditation. Also free-form dancing.

I have been an End of Life Doula, supporting people and their families prepare for dying and through the final stages of life.
