I'm a grounded, sociable, grateful for what I have type of person with an easy going manner. I'm quite playful and love to laugh at life as well as myself. Hopefully I'll make you laugh. I'm emotionally available and told I'm a very good listener. I know, sounds too good to be true...try me.
I do like a party, but nowadays, I'm more likely to be drinking zero alcohol beer. I'm happiest chilling on a wild beach or hiking up a mountain when I can. If I could, I'd just spend all my time outdoors. I like live music, and went to Glasto 2025. My favourite music genre is the 1980s and don't laugh but I'm also a fan of Olivia Rodrigo, Lizzy MacAlpine and Wet Leg.
Fitness and health play a very important part in my life. I look after myself and eat healthily but still have the occasional naughty moment. I practice yoga every morning and go to a hot yoga class once week. I'm a big time runner and compete in ultra marathons several times a year. I'm also in the gym every Friday and I love to ski. As well as my physical health I look after my mental health and I'm always up for a deep emotional chat or a self help book.
I live with a scary cat on the edge of the beautiful city of Bath. I also have three grown up daughters who are away at uni. They live with me outside of term time.
