I'm pretty easy-going and can get along with most people. I don't really like confrontations, but can stand my ground if required.
I believe I'm honest, dependable, reliable and supportive, not only in relationships, but to others who might need my support. Normally I'm a loving person who can appreciate others and their feelings.
I have a strong sense of duty and always try to honour any commitments I have made.
Due to an inner ear problem from birth, I have been unable to join the Army, learn how to Drive, or Fly in any Aircraft. When travelling I use public transport.
I enjoy walking, sometimes cycling, going to museums and galleries, mooching around antique/second hand shops, and going for coffee & cake afterwards. I am open to trying out new activities and adventures with the right person.

I have recently moved to a new area, and I will spend the winter months using my DIY skills (unfortunately not wallpapering) getting my flat upgraded. I will of course make time for the right person who comes along.
My photographs were all taken this year. This is how I normally look even when popping down the shops. Some people don't like it, but I don't dress to feel superior, I just like to look smart when outdoors. I will comment on how others look if I like what they are wearing, otherwise only when asked. People should dress in what makes them feel comfortable in my opinion.
If you don't think I am too ugly to be seen with in public, then please get in touch and we might eventually meet up somewhere. I am willing to take a train, bus or ferry to wherever is convenient for you.

I would like to meet someone who is honest and down to earth. I don't really get on with people who look down on others and feel superior. I believe everyone has a variety of skills and knowledge that I don 't have, and I like people who are kind to others.
I really dislike people who are bad mannered towards others.
