About him
This is my second profile because my original was written in haste and now, I have the chance to try put my personality on this App in a few sentences, so this is a gamble.
Most people say they are good fun, caring, kind, affectionate and outgoing but to be honest, who would admit being the opposite? So, what can I tell you that’s different, apart from I’m not your average 65-year-old. I’m young at heart, very fit, active and still looking for adventures. For example, I still stop and pick up the odd conker, will argue all day that Bodie was better than Doyle and I bet I can skim a stone across a lake better than anyone.
Although I’m retired, I still work with teenagers helping them on their Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, taken up Padleball and training to be a Driving Instructor purely to keep my mind active. I enjoy traveling but mostly has been in the UK but now it’s time to travel further afield and I’m convinced I must visit Istanbul next year but, I don’t want to go alone. Will you come with me?

I would love to meet someone who is genuine, kind and caring. Someone to talk to and share good times and bad times. Must be someone who likes to get out and about, willing to venture off the beaten track and avoid the tourist traps but must still be happy to cuddle up on the sofa with a coffee or a wine.
