I have a passion for sequence dancing, preferring Tangos as I can hear the beat in them. Technically minded with an electronics degree - dabble with computers, PLCs, electronics. I'm a Border collie owner, although I grew up with cats; Marshall is very friendly and quite laid-back for a Collie. In my moments of little spare time I enjoy solving crossword puzzles. Life is what you make of it; I go on dance breaks, enjoy driving, visit charity shops and antique centres, collect specialised glassware. Good humoured; allegedly warped sense of humour.
I'm still in full-time employment as a maintenance engineer, and not really sure when I'm ready to give up. During the period of Covid Lockdown inactivity, I thought, "If this is a rehearsal for retirement, I'll not give up working just yet." When I've had enough, or a better alternative presents itself, that will be the time to hang up my toolbox and test equipment.

I would like to find another dancer, preferably with some notion of rhythm as mine is a little off. Someone with good humour and doesn't take themselves too seriously is an essential quality. Adventurous would be a good trait. Someone to go on outings with; not necessarily a driver or car owner.
