About her
I am a quiet, confident, hard-working female. I've been single for more than 5 years, out of choice and because I have been building a business. I am now looking at ways of stepping back a little more and having time to myself. Aiming to retire completely in 3 or 4 years.
I enjoy a good chat with people I like and love, and adore being part of a well matched couple. I have a lot of love to give to the right person.
In every day life I tend to prefer small intimate gatherings with good friends and family over large parties (if given the choice). I am not really a social butterfly and am not much interested in gossip
I enjoy travel and seeing new places. I have the means to travel more, and a hit list of places to go, but ideally looking for a companion to share the fun. I have started venturing out on my own or with my family, but it's not really what I would prefer.
So my aim in the coming years is to get out there and see more of the world with somebody who wants to do the same. Be warned - I don't do beach holidays!
I have 3 grown up children and 1 much adored grand daughter. I am very close to my family, and am probably aiming to move to Northamptonshire when I retire. I am not looking for a big relocation out of my immediate area as my business is currently based in the Peterborough area as is my family.

My ideal match would be somebody who is comfortable in their own skin, quietly confident and curious about the world around them. Preferably someone who is still working (part time or full time), as I am not aiming to retire for at least a few more years yet.
