About her
I enjoy spending time outside, especially in scenic areas, have walked up Snowdon, Scafell Pike and three quarters of the way up Ben Nevis as I had to turn back as weather was so bad. I enjoy walking holidays and have been to Iceland on a multi activity holiday when I turned 50. I have done a couple of marathons and half marathons; however, my running has turned into jogging. I have seemed to have slowed down as time has gone on, so have joined a local bootcamp which I attend a couple of times a week. I like going to see live music especially some ska with friends, I also enjoy the cinema, theatre and visiting places of interest.
I work with individuals with learning and physical disabilities, mental health issues and homelessness. I love my job! I am passionate about supporting individuals to be the best they can be to live their life as they wish and as independently as possible. My friends, family and colleagues describe me as approachable with a happy demeaner, caring and always up for a laugh.
