About her
I am looking to find a good, genuine and loyal friend. Someone to have a chat or to message just to share what we have been up to all day and also to talk over problems and give each other support when times are a bit rough.
I don't have any personal friends since moving here, in fact I haven't had a proper friend since I was about 18 or 19 so that is quite some time ago. As I get older I am finding it increasingly lonely just being on my own. Unfortunately, my so called husband doesn't do talking, only moaning about anything and everything. He has no time for me anymore.
If you are also fed up with talking to the wall or yourself, and are feeling as lonely as I do, maybe we could talk to each other.
There is no pressure at all as I think I'm pretty boring. I've just not had a real conversation with another human in years.
My hobbies are quite limited as I can no longer ride motorbikes, go to daily fitcamps, do the weekly Parkrun or go on long country or coastal walks due to two knee replacements and an arthritic ankle that will not allow me to. I can still walk short distances, but it is not the same as the 10 to 12 miles that I used to do. My remaining hobby is going to Rock Choir every week. I go on my own so I don't really know anyone there very well, so I do exchange niceties, but only ever see them at weekly rehearsals or at performances. performances. It keeps me going really, but I would like to get into some type of crafting hobby, I just don't know yet what to try.

I would like to meet someone as a genuine friend. Someone to talk to and have a laugh with and maybe share life's ups and downs. I am a bit lost and lonely at the moment, so can be a bit quiet and withdrawn, but it has been suggested that I try to find a nice friend on here.
