I enjoy the simple things in life: good food, good books, good films, good conversation. The beauty of nature and the warmth of the sun bring me joy. I like to be active and love to spend a day hiking to a remote mountain top or exploring tucked-away coves along the coast path, preferably pausing for a dip in the sea along the way. My Christian faith and my family are very important to me. I give thanks every day for good health, lovely friends, great colleagues and a comfortable home.
Although I am a teacher and have lived and worked in several different countries, I am naturally quite a shy and quiet person. I love life and can be pretty adventurous, but I also believe that life is not just about having fun. I try to live responsibly and to be kind and compassionate.
