About him
If I had any friends they would probably describe me as being 'OK - in small doses'. As I don't have any friends you will have to rely on my own (possibly biased) description.
I like to think of myself as relaxed and easy going. I'm fairly comfortable in my own skin. It's not exactly a bespoke fit but probably the best off-the-peg fit I'm likely to get.
One of my main interests is music, particularly live music. I much prefer small venues than stadiums or arenas but I'd be happy to venture to one of those for the right band.
A second love is cooking. I enjoy the whole process - from chopping onions and mixing ingredients to finally sliding something in the oven. I put it down to the fact that my parents never let me have a chemistry set when I was younger. It is a great sadness to me that after years of trying I am still unable to chop onions as quickly as a TV chef. I often find myself in tears over it - although I have yet to ascertain whether the tears are a result of the sadness or the onions. The novelty of cooking for one soon wears off so a willing partner to share meals with would be wonderful.

I'm looking for a kindred spirit to enjoy the simple things of life with - and some of the complicated things too. As is often said in profiles, it's difficult to put in writing what you are looking for - someone to feel close to physically and mentally - you just know when you find it. It's all down to the chemistry when you meet.
