I like art, art history, languages (particularly Italian), good food of any kind, travel; no sporting interest; no pets although I like animals; good manners are important; no interest at all in drugs of any kind; partner would have to be a non-smoker and moderate drinker. A (polite) friend recently described me as 'fussy' so perhaps I am although I don't make a habit of asking people what they think of me!

An attractive woman both physically (all things considered) and importantly character-wise. Educated and cultured (not the same thing) who can ideally speak more than one language. A person with a curious mind, preferably an independent thinker, free of PC dogma but still with a socially liberal attitude. Someone who enjoys food and cooking it, as I do. Etc., etc. A woman who enjoys things Italian would be great but certainly with an interest in European culture in general.
