About her
I'm passionate about my work in the NHS. I retired early, returned to provide support for a few months and I'm still there 5 years later!
I keep active, swim regularly, enjoy taking long country walks and spending time outdoors. I also love to travel.
Spending fun times with family and friends is hugely important to me as is good food, good wine and stimulating conversation. My garden is my sanctuary, but freely admit that weeding and cutting grass are not amongst my favourite hobbies!
I enjoy the challenge and creativity of renovating old properties .... but look forward to the day when my current renovation comes to an end and my meals no longer taste of plaster dust!
I also appreciate cuddling up on the couch with a good book/film at the end of a busy day.
Guilty pleasures; chocolate brownie from a local artisan cafe, the Archers, fish and chips on the beach.
Friends describe me as great fun to be with, kind and generous, witty, intelligent, loyal and deeply caring... but I guess that's for you to find out!
