About her
I enjoy walking, either taking a picnic or stopping for a pub lunch. I would love to resurrect my bike which is currently gathering dust in my shed. Our countryside is beautiful, there are so many places to explore!
Although I don't sing or play any instruments, I love music - either listening at home or preferably at a live gig. I have an eclectic taste including rock, blues, jazz, country, classical (but not into punk, heavy metal). I also enjoy going to the theatre (musicals, dramas, comedy).
I love good food. I'm a good cook but cooking for one is not much fun! I rarely eat takeaways but do enjoy going out for a good meal.
I have a small garden so in the spring & summer enjoy pottering about outside or just sitting in the sun reading a good book.

I don’t take myself too seriously - life’s too short - just want to get out there and have fun. My friends would probably describe me as easy-going, laid back, good for a laugh, intelligent, trustworthy, reliable. I'm happy to do things on the spur of the moment but also good at organising activities for the future. I'm very independent - I've been on my own for a while so I'm pretty self-sufficient (I've always been happy to tackle DIY jobs - I see a flat-pack where the instructions say it's a 2 man job as a challenge!). Having said that, most things in life are better when then are two of you!
Not sure whether I want a full on relationship yet but happy to go with the flow and see what happens.

Someone who, like me, is laid back and doesn't take themselves too seriously. Must have a good sense of humour. Would love someone who also enjoys walking, going to gigs, eating out etc., or just cuddling up together on the sofa listening to music or watching a good film.
Ideally someone who is just as happy spending time doing their own thing as doing things together.
