I'm fun-loving, warm and caring, with a good sense of humour and am a sincere and loyal friend. I really value time spent with my family and friends and thrive in a harmonious and happy environment.
I was born and brought up in Cambridge, which was a lovely, sleepy city back then. I went off to Aberdeen University, graduated with a biology degree and continued to live in that vibrant granite city for several years before returning to my home town. I have three grown up sons.
I love to be outside in nature, particularly by the sea, I like a wide range of music and sometimes find it almost impossible to keep my feet still as I really enjoy dancing. I'm very sociabIe and enjoy humorous and/or deep conversations, especially with a glass of wine or two.
In my spare time I'm more into reading than watching TV, but do enjoy a good film/drama. I am extremely happy going for walks on a Norfolk marsh in my wellies but absolutely love dressing up to go out too.
I'm very interested in health, particularly aspects of natural healing.
I have a very positive outlook on life and my glass is always half full, never half empty! Life is for loving, learning and adventure.

I would like to meet a man who is fun, caring and happy to share adventures and travelling with me. If he can cook, then all the better! He would enjoy spending time in the natural world, walking, swimming in the (warmish!) sea etc. and have compassion for animals.
Honesty, loyalty, kindness and sincerity are hugely important to me, as is a good sense of humour, good manners and positive outlook. My ideal partner would be all of the above in addition to being sociable but also happy chilling at home.
