Me? Well I've already set the world on fire so I'm cooling down now. Quiet, reserved, happy with my own company. I like to think I have a GSOH. I try not to take anything too seriously.
I am no longer looking to change the world or travel around it particularly. I do still have a bit of a bucket list though - travelling around the UK in a winnebago (so I can take the hounds); flying in a wind tunnel; perhaps completing my PADI diving certificate I started 35 years ago ....
My job has taught me empathy and understanding, patience and resilience. I have been privileged to meet some absolutely amazing "ordinary" people that had done the most extraordinary things for the good of others and never got recognised for it. It certainly makes you re-evaluate your own life.
I am incredibly shy. I am always dipping out of social functions because of it. I won't therefore have too much to say until I know you better.
I like music, older pop, northern soul, rock but I also love silence, so I don't play or listen to music often.
I am now just looking for a quiet, gentle, easy rest of my life and someone to share it with would be a bonus.
