I am independent and confident and like to live life to the full.
I love variety and fill my days with outdoor pursuits, current affairs, theatre, reading, gardening, travel, motorhoming, cinema, volunteering, crafting, socialising and keeping fit.
If you enjoy watching TV for many hours then we’re probably not right for each other.
I am financially independent and discerning, enjoying the finer things in life when possible but not too often as too much of a good thing and all that. Eating out regularly and holidaying in far flung places as well as closer to home. I do, however, enjoy the simple things in life more and nothing beats being out in nature, a cliff top walk, a beautiful beach etc. If you’re still working full time or have many years left or are permanently living on a tight budget then we won’t be right together.
I had a career in IT management consultancy and enjoyed extensive travel and meeting some really interesting people along the way. I was also very lucky to be able to retire at the young age of 49.
I love new experiences whether it be a walk in a beautiful place, a new show, a good book, interesting architecture, an interesting National Trust house, a walk on a beach on a sunny day…the list is endless. I would like to enjoy these experiences with someone else but equally don’t want to be joined at the hip to someone as I think that having space is important in any relationship.
