About her
I’m an open friendly person with a few years under my belt but I retain an interest in many things. I like to socialise, but am equally happy in my own company. I love my family and my dogs and my garden means a lot to me. I enjoy encouraging wildlife, anything from hedgehogs, wild birds, to bees, butterflies and other insects. I hate the idea of cruelty to any living thing and don’t understand how someone can hurt defenceless animals. I enjoy walks on the beach and just sitting watching the sun go down. I love to go for walks in the woods with my dogs. I enjoy reading, especially crime fiction. I have quite a big collection of rocks, crystals, and minerals and had a small business selling them until a few years ago. I took up watercolour painting a few years ago and I enjoy the challenges it brings. I’d say I’m a glass half full person and I aim to always have empathy for others. Honesty is important to me, as is openness.

I’d like to meet someone who is kind, honest, open, someone who communicates well and who above all likes me…. Someone who believes in trust and mutual respect. Someone who is fairly outgoing who loves to go out for a meal or the theatre etc, but is equally happy to be at home reading a good book, pottering in the garden or just watching tv together. A love of dogs would be a very good sign and an enjoyment of nature and the countryside and/or beach walks would be great.
Keeping secrets from me and telling me lies would be a deal breaker.
