I am ready for the final adventure of the heart ! Falling in love is great but life's lesson is making love last...(however Pluto is currently in opposition to my natal Venus so my magical part would have its world view overturned if I find love before March '25 ;-) ).
This box-ticking is deeply unromantic *sigh*. Therapist, dream job, houseboat on the Thames in a nice community. Two daughters largely fledged. Really enjoy my own company and occasionally solitude but that is just starting to edge into loneliness as autumn walks and winter roasts really are better shared...
Lots of music and books in my life, brainlessly affectionate mackerel tabby and more time spent making pretty useless things than is reasonable at my age.
I realise now that I'm supposed to say all the incredibly fun and entertaining stuff that I do....but honestly all these tales of folk constantly discovering unknown eateries , endlessly going to the gym, and having long country walks with packs of dogs ending at fire lit pubs....just sounds a bit idealised. This Summer, for example, I caught a train to the south of France (two blissful hours lunching in Le Train Bleu en route) to stay on a friend's farm for week, foraging, asbestos removal, archery, a bit of anthropology, came back and spent a fortnight oiling my home - not as dull as it sounds when you have music and sunshine, friends visiting and yes, did go to a couple of very good exhibitions but spent quite a lot of time in a hammock catching up on reading, then flew to Ireland for an Alchemical Constellations retreat. From September I'm working again with clients and on some PAT medicine trials and that takes up most of my week although I try to keep a day free for a swim and some reflection. Weekends ? ...well that's where you, my longed for lover, come in.... If we favorite each other then I will get in touch.. oh, and apologies if this sounds superficial but a picture IS important - I have to be able to imagine fancying you after all !
