About her
I would describe myself as someone who loves to gaze at the night sky, the stars, and to be in Nature.
And I have a wide range of other interests, the Arts, the countryside, volunteering, all are important to me.
I love to walk, and walked a part of the Camino a few years ago, which was an amazing, life changing experience.
I enjoy Art and visiting art galleries and exhibitions and have seen some great artist's work, especially in London.
And I love to Dance, and have tried Contemporary, Ballet, Ballroom, Latin and Salsa - also the kitchen disco!
Music, and live music is a love of mine, anything from early choral music, to world and folk music, and upbeat pop!
I haven't really been able to get into jazz yet though!
I am keen to keep fit and stay healthy and regularly go to Pilates classes, strength training and practise chi gong.
I am also curious about initiatives around living more sustainably, and in harmony with nature, and have solar panels and thermal panels on the house.
And a few years ago I trained in Reiki and became a Reiki Master.
I enjoy cooking and baking at home, but also appreciate the pleasure of dining out together, and drinking good wine.
Family time is important to me, and I love spending time, and having fun with family and grandchildren.
I have a positive and happy outlook on life, and am told I have a calm gentle energy, along with inner strength and courage.
