About her
Hello.
I am a sincere, loyal, and loving person, and like to laugh and cuddle, which are some aspects that I miss about not having a partner.
Before I lost my husband, I was a member of a light opera choir, which was where we met. I loved it, and thoroughly enjoyed the shows. When the orchestra began the overture there's nothing like that thrill.
I am happy in my own skin, and not desperate for company, therefore unwilling to be with someone if we're not right together, but that doesn't mean that I won't make the effort to make things work.
My music taste is extremely eclectic, liking everything from Mozart to Dolly Parton, and am not ashamed to say so.
My dog Freddie is just 3 years old, and is a non negotiable part of my life.
Simple pleasures in life I find are sometimes the best ones - watching birds, other wildlife, a beautiful view, you probably get the idea.

You may have noticed from my selfies that I'm rubbish at them, and I find the notion of pouting for the camera mildly absurd at my age (and to be honest, at any age), but maybe that's just jealousy of the "young uns" 😁.

This is a hard one to describe. I like a good sense of humour, someone tactile and loyal. Someone who would prefer to meet and chat over a coffee, than exchange endless messages - you can't tell if there's a spark via texts.
I don't want someone who just wants a sex relationship or sexting, that's just not me. But I do believe that the physical side of a loving relationship is important.
Kindness in a person is a great quality, and one which I admire.
Walking is a favourite activity of mine, and it would be lovely to have someone to share the walks with.
