About him
I am tall, loyal and can be funny. I love cycling around London though a recent move to a leafy Southwest London suburb is a bit far from work. (The advantage of the leafy suburb is there is a fox who sleeps all day in the sun on the lawn - I think it is her garden). I always have a book with me - mostly fiction - classic and modern - currently Alice Munro short stories which are magical... I love music, classical and contemporary and listen to Radio 3, read the Guardian online and the LRB. I still work full time running a small arts related business in central London - done it for years, wear a tatty old apron and still learning, a dream job, not likely to give up for a few years yet... I have two children, still at school, who spend half of their time with me and are a pleasure to have around. I have travelled a fair bit but now worry about the climate impact of constantly flying - favourite place I have been to is Syria - but also Rome, French churches, swimming on the Atlantic coast of Portugal. My outlook on life is not is not always 'glass half full' - daft expression anyway! - but I am compassionate, can cook, fix things, put the rubbish out... and the fox makes me smile every time I see her.

I haven’t met you yet but when I do, you will be someone kind and funny, sharp sometimes but deep down gentle, someone who has an inner calm and knows who she is.
