I'm a spirited and independent person who loves life's adventures. I’m originally from Denmark, and I've made the UK my home for many years. Yes, I can watch an episode of The Killing without the subtitles. My two wonderful teenagers (18 and 19) keep me on my toes, I’m still working on getting them to help with the housework 😄
When not indulging in cultural adventures, you might find me outdoors, either walking or kayaking. I once tackled a long walk from London to Brighton in just 23 hours! I love bustling city breaks and quiet beach getaways. I prefer immersing myself in new cultures and local food rather than lying on a sun lounger.
You won't catch me glued to "Strictly Come Dancing" or "The Masked Singer," but you will find me enjoying a slice of gourmet pizza and a glass of champagne, whether lounging at home or dining out.
I love the theatre and recently enjoyed seeing To Kill a Mockingbird. Grease onstage was less my thing, but the John Travolta movie is a guilty pleasure.
I’ve dabbled in various hobbies over the years, from boxing (tough on the Achilles) to belly dancing (a lot of fun, but lost its allure eventually). What's a hobby you’ve loved or left?
