About him
I’m a young 71, relatively fit and healthy. It’s just me and my Black Lab, Buddy. I’m retired having worked for the BBC for a number of years in outside broadcasting. Have some stories to tell, including taking Strictly to Blackpool for its first show there. Also worked on Emmerdale, Corrie and Enders. My outlook on lice is take every day as it comes and make the most of what we have. I like curries, a good steak, but I hate eating fish. I’m very buoyant and always like to try and help people whenever I can.
About his ideal match
I would like to meet somebody equal in age or perhaps slightly younger, very much with the same attitude towards life. I like to travel so somebody who will be willing to holiday with me, would make a relationship work. I will consider a dealbreaker somebody who smokes or drinks excessively.
