I am a recently retired academic who has enjoyed a long fulfilling career. I am now looking forward to having more time to make plans for the future, develop new interests and widen my social circle. I currently live in Nottingham but am considering downsizing and moving to London - to be nearer my daughter and new grandson. A big decision, which I have yet to make. I enjoy walking in the hills, travel, eating out with friends, and making the most of local cultural offerings including films, galleries, plays, ballet, opera and the classical music programme.
