Thank you got looking at my profile. I would describe myself as easy going, with a positive attitude on life. I am empathetic, honest, and resourceful. I am thankful to have good health and I keep fit through walking, swimming, gardening with some trips to the gym,
I am a creative and sensitive person who respects the power of nature to nurture and give us inner strength. Walking is my ‘go to’ where I enjoy being in the moment and watching and listening to life unfolding. I am fortunate to have some lovely walks close by , but there is nothing better than walking along the North Devon coast watching the sun go down. Or, strolling through a familiar woodland at different times of the year.
I have quite an adventurous spirit and I’m ready for new challenges. I feel grateful to have had many opportunities to travel and I have worked in Vietnam for a number of years. I miss having a companion to share those experiences and create new memories.
I have some very good friends and family who I enjoy spending time with and are an important part of my life. But, I am missing that soul mate to laugh and joke with, to walk hand in hand with and share new adventures.
My love of the arts includes painting and photography and I enjoy visiting galleries, national trust properties and historic buildings. I enjoy reading, listening to travel documentaries, music from the 60’s and 70’s and trying to write up my family history.
I am looking for a meaningful connection with someone who shares my values of honesty and loyalty and enjoys the simple and natural things in life and has a good sense of humour and fun.
