I'm a kind, friendly and fun person to be with and someone that likes to embrace all that life has to offer, especially those things that are the most simple things of all.
I have a relaxed, empathic, sensitive, nurturing and full loving nature about me which I've been told makes me a lovely person to be in the company of.
Being very much in touch with nature means that I enjoy spending a good deal of time outdoors whenever possible with walks on the beach, hills and mountains, in woods and open countryside to feel into the peace and quiet that the natural environment offers.
Having a real zest and enthusiasm for life means that I thrive on new challenges and adventures.

Daily yoga practice, mindfulness and meditation.
Discovering, exploring and basking in the peace and serenity of wide open spaces in mountains and rivers, hills and streams, lakes and caves, beaches and forests.

Wild water swimming, badminton, tennis, cycling and physical workouts.

Watching comedies, documentaries and real life wildlife and natural environment adventurers.
I am practically minded and able to create and build all kinds of things and always strive to succeed in all that I set out to achieve.
A healthy diet and lifestyle is important part of my everyday life and as such I have adopted a mostly vegan with some fish diet for the past two years, have very rarely drank alcohol for the past six years and don't smoke.
Looking to develop a special friendship with someone that has shared passions and interests in the first instance with a view to connecting on a deeper level as we get to know each other better, allowing love for each other to blossom and flourish as we engage fully with our minds, bodies, hearts, souls and spirit of the person they are over the course of time.
