I have recently retired from a career in HR and now find myself wondering what next? I enjoy being with people rather than by myself but am comfortable in my own company. I have an old dog who I drag out for slow and short walks a few times a day, but I do love longer walks in our beautiful countryside. I also love visiting other countries and exploring their cities, countryside and beaches, I do exercise classes but I’m not sure if it is something I enjoy, more a necessary evil to prevent myself from seizing up! I like Theatre, comedy and concerts. I have 2 adult sons who don’t live with me but I like to frequently visit and spend time with. I am a naturally positive person who enjoys company and having fun/laughing.

I would like to meet someone who would be interested in me rather than themselves. Someone kind and caring but also fun to be with. It’s hard to describe who would be an ideal match as I think this all depends on the person.
Sometimes I think you find that a person becomes more attractive as you get to know them - of course that also works the other way.
