I love walking, nature, pottery, ceramics, woodworking and peace and stillness to relax either by the sea or rugged countryside. I also love music 60s, 70s, rock, all kinds of music and I love dancing and the opportunity to dance.
I like running especially trail running but it is a challenge always and sporadic due to time I'm also usually at the back of the pack but I'm giving it a go
I love words, poetry, the cinema, photography.
