Hi and thank you for reading my profile. Allow me to introduce myself ;I am Jonathan but please call me Jon or Jonny.I live in rural Buckinghamshire but with good rail links to London, Oxford and Birmingham so I can get a culture fix or experience fine dining.
I work as a Countryside Ranger and enjoy my work immensely. I see wonderful glimpses of nature which makes one realise that the best things in life are indeed free.
My hobbies are varied and wide ranging. I am a massive bibliophile, good cook, keen runner, love hiking and climbing and not adverse to camping on Scottish or Welsh mountainsides!
More sedate interests apart from reading are socialising with my good friends and backgammon and board games.
I love animals and although I currently don’t own a dog I hope to again. If you aren’t a dog lover or indeed animal lover then I don’t think we will match. Also i must warn you Arsenal football club is another passion so if you are a Spurs fan it could be tricky !!

It’s very hard to describe my ideal match. If you are a dog and animal lover, own hiking boots, running shoes and heels( The heels may be needed as I am this tall) then please contact me. If you are tall share some of my hobbies and don’t live 3 train journeys away then it’s promising. But however we match on a dating site is no guarantee of compatibility as it’s all about chemistry isn’t it ?
