My friends describe me as a kind, loyal, resilient, fun loving and generous soul.
I like healthy food and being outdoors - I eat and drink organic whenever I can. The natural environment, exercise and good conversation fill me with positive energy. I value authenticity and integrity in all things, and dislike people who are controlling, dishonest, or disloyal.
For fun and relaxation I love gardening, country walks, cooking, socialising with friends, sitting by a log fire (inside or out) travel, pilates and yoga. I am beginning to enjoy some time at the gym too - prompted by a run of rotten weather when it wasn't so much fun to be outdoors.
My outlook on life is 'thoughts become things so choose good ones!'

My ideal match is someone who has time to explore a new relationship. He might already have children but they are grown up and living independently or are near to flying the nest.
He's interested in health and wellbeing and keeping fit and loves to spend time in nature.
Someone who values their own space and interests as well as time in a healthy loving relationship would be a good match. A growth mindset and openness to exploring contemporary approaches to health, wellbeing, education and leadership would be a better fit than a fixed mindset or very traditional approach.
I'd gladly share time on any of my hobbies and interests, but I am very comfortable with my own company and don't feel the need to be with a partner 24/7. I have a hankering to go dancing (Tango and Bora keep speaking to me for some reason...) but suspect there could be a risk of stepping on toes till I get the hang of it. lol! I used to skip dancing classes in school to ride horses instead.
A deal breaker for me would be cheating in a relationship - I think I'd really struggle to rebuild trust after that.
