I enjoy life - gym, cycling, good food, travel, exploring, and I hope to share those things with a partner. I also like to walk - in the countryside, on the coast, in the hills. I love the Alps - I go there as often as I can.
I have always felt that I have been lucky in life - despite the occasional bump along the way that we all suffer from time to time.
I am lucky enough to have two children and seven grandchildren. The younger ones are still enthusiastic about coming for sleepovers at grandad’s in the holidays, and the older ones are still young enough to want to come out for the day with grandad - to London - the museums and different places to eat. They are an important part of my life.
Looking ahead, I want to meet a partner who can make me smile and with whom I can enjoy good times.
