I have lived in several European countries and still love to explore interesting places. Ideally I’d like to explore more with an interesting and educated man who could slip into any situation easily and see the humour and fun in any place we go. I love people and I’m a very social person, meeting new people and going to previously unexplored places is what I love to do. Good, stimulating and intelligent conversation is something I encourage and enjoy. Alternatively, a night on the sofa with a glass of wine and a dog or cat nearby is a good pastime too or just a long drive into the countryside for the day. I’m a prolific reader - always a book on the go - and art and architecture are a major interest to me. I love beautiful things in all forms : antiques, paintings, houses, architecture, interior design and anything I’ve not encountered previously.
I have an inquisitive nature and enjoy learning about new things and experiences - I make it a priority that I learn something new every day !
I’d love to meet someone who is happy in his own skin & who loves life and wants to make the most of every day. ( Something as simple as trying a new type of food / recipe, and really savouring it, can make a day special ! )
